Accommodation
You’ll stay at a standard room at Hale Nani Resort, a luxurious eco-friendly resort that supports local businesses and communities. Hale Nani means “beautiful home” in Hawaiian, and that’s exactly how you’ll feel when you step into your cozy and comfortable room with a garden view. You’ll also enjoy amenities like a spa, a pool, a gym, and a restaurant that serves delicious organic food and drinks made from local ingredients.
The standard room has a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a TV, a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi. The room can accommodate up to two people.
Activities
You’ll visit some of the most stunning natural attractions on the island, such as volcanoes, waterfalls, rainforests and beaches. You’ll also learn about the rich history and traditions of the Hawaiian people and their connection to the land. You’ll also participate in fun and meaningful activities that will help you bond as a tribe, such as yoga, meditation, hiking, surfing, snorkeling and more.
Here’s the itinerary for the 3-day immersive retreat:
Day 1: Welcome to Big Island
– 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Arrive at Kona International Airport and take a shuttle to Hale Nani Resort
– 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Check in to your room and get settled
– 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Meet and greet with me and other participants at the lobby
– 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Enjoy a welcome dinner at the resort restaurant
– 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Watch a presentation on the overview and objectives of Aloha Tribe
– 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Participate in an icebreaker activity to get to know each other better
– 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm: Relax and unwind at the resort spa or pool
Day 2: Explore Big Island
– 6:00 am – 7:00 am: Wake up early and join a yoga session at the resort garden
– 7:00 am – 8:00 am: Have a healthy breakfast at the resort restaurant
– 8:00 am – 9:00 am: Take a bus to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
– 9:00 am – 11:00 am: Visit Kilauea Volcano and see lava flowing into the sea
– 11:00 am – 1:00 pm: Explore the park and see craters, lava tubes, steam vents, and wildlife
– 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Have a picnic lunch at the park
– 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Take a bus to Akaka Falls State Park
– 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Visit Akaka Falls and see a 442-foot waterfall
– 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm: Hike along the scenic trail and see rainforest plants and birds
– 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Take a bus back to the resort
– 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm: Have a free time to rest or enjoy the resort amenities
– 7:30 pm – 9.30pm Have a dinner at the resort restaurant
-9.30pm –11.30pm Attend a workshop on how to find and attract your ideal tribe members
Day 3 Learn from Big Island
6am –7am Wake up early and join a meditation session at the resort beach
7am –8am Have a healthy breakfast at the resort restaurant
8am –9am Take a bus to Pu’uhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park
9am –11am Visit Pu’uhonua o Honaunau and see a sacred place of refuge for ancient Hawaiians
11am –12.30pm Learn about the history and traditions of the Hawaiian people and their connection to the land
12.30pm –1.30pm Participate in a cultural activity such as lei making, hula dancing, or ukulele playing
1.30pm –2.30pm Have lunch at the park
2.30pm –3.30pm Take bus to Hapuna Beach State Park
3.30pm –5.30pm Visit Hapuna Beach and see one of best beaches in Hawaii
5.30pm –7.30pm Swim surf snorkel or relax on beach
7.30pm –8.30pm Learn about environmental issues and challenges facing Big Island Hawaii
8.30pm –9.30pm Participate in beach cleanup activity as way of giving back island
9.30pm –10.30pm Take bus back resort
10.30pm –11.30pm Have free time rest or enjoy resort amenities
Day 4 Connect with Your Tribe
6am –7am Wake up early join hiking adventure resort trail
7am –8am See different landscapes views island

– How to leverage partnerships and collaborations with other tribes or influencers in your niche
– How to balance sustainability and profitability in your tribe
You’ll also do some exercises and assignments on creating your tribe’s niche, avatar, value proposition, message, name, logo, tagline, mission statement, story, values, norms, rituals, events, rewards, content strategy, calendar, platforms, formats, topics, styles etc.
You’ll also share your work with other participants and get feedback.
Networking
You’ll network and collaborate with other influencers who share your vision and values. You’ll exchange ideas insights tips contacts resources opportunities more You’ll also form friendships partnerships that will last beyond retreat You’ll also have access ongoing support resources after event.
