This white paper presents an innovative review and rating protocol aimed at creating a more harmonious and growth-oriented digital space. The protocol ensures that users who consistently promote content that aligns with values such as growth, aspiration, love language, and peace on Earth are rewarded with a legacy account status. Meanwhile, users who fail to meet the criteria are given a locked-down account until they improve their performance. This periodic or random evaluation system seeks to ensure that digital content continuously contributes to the betterment of the humankind.

Introduction
